** All Perishable & Frozen products shipped outside CA, OR, NV or UT must be shipped DHL (2nd Day Air) or UPS NEXT DAY AIR, or else it is AT YOUR OWN RISK!! We will not be held responsible for spoiled merchandise shipped otherwise.

** All Frozen merchandise totaling less than 5 Lbs. will be charged an extra $ 4.00 for use of dry ice and special packaging. This will be added in manually on top of your total, since our software can't be programmed for this.. Thank You!!

** All Perishable & Frozen products ordered after 2 p.m. (Pacific Time) on a Wednesday, will be shipped the following Monday due to the weekend, unless "UPS Next Day Air" has been chosen and the order has been received by 3 p.m.

** If "UPS Next Day Air" shipping is ordered on a Friday, we will assume Saturday delivery (unless otherwise stated in the "Special Instructions"), which has an extra $10.00 fee on top of the shipping charge shown.

** Alaska and Hawaii please add $10.00 to your shipping charges. You can also only choose DHL 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, for UPS Ground is not available.

** If your order does not calculate in the shipping charges, we will add it manually. Sometimes UPS and DHL's websites are down, and this creates a blank shipping charge. Please call if this happens, if you want to know the shipping charge in advance.
