MAY 2013
Due to the holiday weekend, all orders placed after 12:00 PM on May 22, will be shipped out the following Tuesday, May 28th! Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please remember that perishable, 2nd day air orders, placed after 3 pm on a Wednesday, will have to be shipped on the following Monday due to the weekend. (It will spoil!)
When possible, we will ship your order via USPS if it is cheaper and/or quicker. Your shipping charge will be changed when we ship your order, as your card does not get charged until that moment. You may also state in the "Special Instructions" section if you do not wish us to use USPS for your order.

You've got to know how to cook a Swedish Ham.
Remove skin.
Boil, covered, on stove top for 4 hours.
Let cool a little.
Place in baking pan.
Score Fat.
Cover with Glaze (a lot of Brown Sugar, 1 tsp. Dry Mustard & drops of Vinegar till thick & moist).
Insert Whole Cloves.
Bake in 300' oven for 1/2 hour.

Good looking ham; we asked for instruction and were directed to google receipe; we soaked ham for 14 hours in water, trimmed it and then baked it slowly at low temperature before glazing it with mustard egg and brown sugar.
It was still a bit salty for my husband's taste.
