PERISHABLE ORDERS:

Due to Thanksgiving next week, we can only ship perishable merchandise out on Monday 11/24 (unless local).  All perishable orders not shipped Monday, will have to go the following Monday 12/1. (Unless you choose Next Day Air)

Please Note:

Due to increased order volumes this time of year, we cannot ship out orders received on the same day.  We will typically get it out the next day, unless it's perishables ordered on a Wednesday, then it will ship the following Monday.

You've got to know how to cook a Swedish Ham. Remove skin. Boil, covered, on stove top for 4 hours. Let cool a little. Place in baking pan. Score Fat. Cover with Glaze (a lot of Brown Sugar, 1 tsp. Dry Mustard & drops of Vinegar till thick & moist). Insert Whole Cloves. Bake in 300' oven for 1/2 hour.

Good looking ham; we asked for instruction and were directed to google receipe; we soaked ham for 14 hours in water, trimmed it and then baked it slowly at low temperature before glazing it with mustard egg and brown sugar. It was still a bit salty for my husband's taste.
